Problem
Logitech Bluetooth Wireless Headset H800 microphone reported stopped working on Windows while audio playback remains functional.
Solution 1: Run Built-in Windows Recording Audio and Bluetooth troubleshooters
- Press Windows key + R to open Run box.
- Type
control.exe /name Microsoft.Troubleshooting
in the Run box and press Enter to open the Troubleshooting tab of the Settings app. - Scroll down to Fix and find other problems, select Recording Audio, and then click Run the troubleshooter button.
- Wait until the scan is complete then click choose which device you want to troubleshoot and click Next.
- Click on Apply this fix if any viable fix is identified.
- Restart the computer.
- If the issue persists and you’re using Bluetooth to connect Logitech Wireless Headset H800, Back to troubleshooting screen, click on Bluetooth under Find and fix other problems and choose Run the troubleshooter.
Solution 2: Rollback or update Logitech Bluetooth Wireless Headset H800 driver
- Press Windows key + R to open Run window.
- Type
devmgmt.msc
and press Enter to open Device Manager. Choose Yes if prompted by UAC (User Account Control). - Expand Sound, video, and game controllers drop-down menu to locate the Logitech headset entry.
- Right-click on it and choose Properties.
- Go to the Drivers tab, click the Rollback Driver button, and wait for the older version to be installed.
- Restart the computer.
- If the issue remains after the restart, back to Properties screen of the headset, Drivers tab, click on Update Driver button.
- Restart the computer.
- If the driver already has the latest version installed, click on Uninstall Device and reboot the computer to force Windows to reinstall the driver at the next startup.

- Download Wireless Headset H800 Media Track Control Software.
- Click on the executable to start the installation process.
- Restart the computer.
