Solved: How do I uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud apps in Mac OS Monterey

Question

I have a MacBook Pro 2017 running is macOS Monterey and I stuck in a loop with Adobe Creative Cloud InDesign. Both InDesign 2017 and 2018 is installed on the system but I am trying to open a template that was created in a newer version of InDesign, I get Adobe InDesign error:

InDesign could not open template because it has been created in a newer version of Adobe InDesign. Click “Convert” and convert and open the document.

Content created using features specific to the later version of InDesign may by modified or omitted when you open the document in a previous version.

InDesign could not open template because it has been created in a newer version of Adobe InDesign. Click "Convert" and convert and open the document.

I click the Convert button but nothing happens. So, I visit the official Adobe Creative Cloud website and try to download the newer version of InDesign but it loops, I try to uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud and all apps and I get an error as below:

“PHSP_19_0_1” needs to be updated error.

The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information.

"PHSP_19_0_1" needs to be updated error.

I like to know how to perform clean uninstall for Adobe Creative Cloud InDesign so that I can install the latest version of InDesign afterward.
