Solved: How do I print Outlook Contact list in Memo Style format

Question

When I try to print my lengthy Contacts list from Outlook, I get the following error message:

Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.

I have shut down all other running programs, and checked the system resources in Windows Task Manager. Microsoft Outlook was just using 15% of the CPU and Memory. I like to know how to fix this error in order to print Outlook Contact list.

Solution

Step 1: Switch to the List view.

Step 2: Right-click on the heading and select the Field Chooser.

Step 3: Select Notes and drag the field name to the grid to add the notes field.
