Follow below step-by-step instruction to fix this error in Microsoft Teams.

Step 1: Log in to Microsoft 365 admin center.

Step 2: Click on the Users on the left sidebar.

Step 3: Click on the Active users from the Users submenu.

Step 4: Locate the user with this problem.

Step 5: Open the user card.

Step 6: Select the Licenses and apps tab.

Step 7: Go to the Apps section.

Step 8: Find the Microsoft Teams option in the App section.

Step 9: Enable the Microsoft Teams for the user.
