Possible cause
Bing Chat unavailable with your current SafeSearch setting. Bing chat is not support when your SafeSearch setting is set to Strict.
Solution: Set Bing SafeSearch to Moderate or Off
- Open your preferred web browser and head to Bing.com.
- Look for the icon located in the upper right corner of the Bing.com window. Click on it to reveal a drop-down menu.
- Within the drop-down menu, locate and click on “Settings.” This will lead you to a submenu where you’ll find additional options.
- Among the various settings, find and select “More.” Here, you’ll see the SafeSearch preferences: Strict, Moderate, or Off.
- Set the SafeSearch level to Moderate or Low, scroll to the bottom of the menu and click “Save.” Your preferences are now updated, ensuring a tailored and secure search experience.
- Restart the browser.
