Step 1: Press Windows + E to launch File Explorer.

Step 2: Navigate to: C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-runtime\OVRServer_x64.exe

Step 3: Right-click it and select Run as administrator.

Step 1: Press Windows + S, type services.msc in the dialogue box and press Enter.

Step 1: Press Windows + R, type appwiz.cpl in the dialogue box and press Enter.

Step 2: Search for Oculus software, right-click it and select Uninstall.

Step 3: Restart your computer.

Step 4: Download the entire software package again from official website.

Step 5: Install the package and try launching it.
