Customer Impact
Currently, the agent is no longer discoverable by new users and cannot be searched for or installed. Existing users can continue accessing the agent through the agent tray until the first week of October. After that, the agent will no longer be accessible through Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Organizational Impact
Administrators will continue to see and manage the agent in the Microsoft Admin Center (MAC) until the second week of October. After that point, the agent will be completely removed from MAC and will no longer be available for administration or deployment. Organizations relying on the agent will need to transition users to Learning Agent (https://aka.ms/learning-agent) before these deadlines to avoid disruption.
