We are announcing the ability to archive or remove historical load and work data from your database in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. This feature will reach general availability on September 11, 2026.

How does this affect me?

Users will be able to move historical load and work records to long-term retention using built-in archiving capability. This feature will add archival support for the following tables:

  • WHSLOADTABLE
  • WHSLOADLINE
  • WHSSHIPMENTTABLE
  • WHSWORKTABLE
  • WHSWORKLINE
  • WHSWORKINVENTTRANS
  • WHSWORKTRANS

What action do I need to take?

Once available, this feature will need to be enabled in the archival framework settings to be utilized.
