Introduction

We’re updating the Copilot Analytics experience by enhancing the Copilot Dashboard landing page to provide a more complete view of Copilot usage across your organization. Today, the dashboard defaults to Microsoft 365 Copilot (licensed) usage. With this update, an “All” view will display combined usage across Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat (unlicensed), offering clearer insights into total Copilot adoption.

When this will happen

General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out this update in mid‑March 2026 and expect rollout to complete by late March 2026.

  • A new license filter will allow users to switch between the “All”, “M365 Copilot (licensed)”, and “Copilot Chat (unlicensed)” views.
  • The new view will be enabled by default; no admin configuration is required.
