Starting on March 1, 2026, agent usage will be blocked in your environment if there is no Copilot Credit capacity allocated and/or configured to draw from the tenant pool is disabled.
What action do I need to take?
If you have environments that contain agents that you do not want any service disruption due to Copilot Credit capacity enforcement, please take once of the following actions:
- Allocate Copilot capacity to your environment
- Enable “Draw from tenant pool” for your environment
- Set up PayAsYouGo (PAYG) for Copilot credit usage
Why is this action needed?
If action is not taken prior to the enforcement date, your agent usage will be blocked.
