Starting on March 15, 2026, or soon after, we are making an update to improve connectivity when using the Launch Remote Help feature in the Intune admin center for Windows devices. For the best experience we recommend updating your firewall rules to include the new endpoint:

*.trouter.communications.svc.cloud.microsoft.com
