Graphical performance

Ryder getting stuck during cinematics

  • Try and switch between character’s combat or exploration mode.
  • Jumping might also get Ryder unstuck.
  • Restart the game.

Issues happen on HDR-compatible GPU

  • Go to GPU’s control panel and disable the function.
  • Pressing ALT+TAB may solved the problem.

Unable to launch

  • Go to antivirus firewall section and allow the ActivationUI executable to go through the firewall.

  • Can usually be solved by switching the game in borderless mode by pressing ALT + ENTER.
