LCDS is free tool created for Microsoft Learning community to create and publish e-learning online courses and Microsoft Silverlight Learning Snacks by completing LCDS forms to generate customized content, interactive activities, quizzes, games, assessments, animations, demos, and other multimedia.
New features include in version 2.7:
