How to troubleshoot if the FortiCamera is not connecting to the FortiCamera Cloud

This article describes how to troubleshoot if the FortiCamera is not connecting to the FortiCamera Cloud (showing offline on the FortiCamera Cloud).

FortiRecorder.

Solution

  1. Make sure the FortiCamera model can support FortiCamera Cloud.
  2. One FortiCloud account to log in to the FortiCamera Cloud portal.
  3. Register the FortiCamera in FortiCare so it is possible to claim the camera in the FortiCamera Cloud.
  4. Make sure the FortiCamera has working internet access.
  5. Make sure all the cameras subscribe to the FortiCamera Cloud license below:

FortiCamera Cloud plus FortiCare Premium support
Subscription license certificate
