This article describes how to troubleshoot if the FortiCamera is not connecting to the FortiCamera Cloud (showing offline on the FortiCamera Cloud).

Solution
- Make sure the FortiCamera model can support FortiCamera Cloud.
- One FortiCloud account to log in to the FortiCamera Cloud portal.
- Register the FortiCamera in FortiCare so it is possible to claim the camera in the FortiCamera Cloud.
- Make sure the FortiCamera has working internet access.
- Make sure all the cameras subscribe to the FortiCamera Cloud license below:
