How to Push Configuration from FortiGate Cloud to FortiGate

This article describes how to push configuration from FortiGate Cloud to FortiGate.

Scope

Solution

The Configuration Management (editing and deployment) is only available for paid subscription.

Step 1: Login to Fortigate Cloud Portal.

Step 2: Activate Fortigate Cloud on the FortiGate:

‘Double-click’ the FortiGate Name or Serial Number.

Step 4: Go to Management -> Config. A new tab will open.

Step 5: Import configuration before any configuration change to make sure that the latest revision of configuration is saved on FortiGate Cloud.

Step 6: Implement the configuration change. In this example, A new Administrator Account will be added.

Step 7: Deploy the configuration from FortiGate Cloud to FortiGate. Set a schedule or choose to deploy the change immediately.
