How to fix ‘VPNs available to users’ under Endpoint profile is not visible in FortiSASE portal

This article describes the scenario when the option for ‘VPNs available to users’ is not visible under Endpoint profile in FortiSASE portal.

Solution

If the Endpoint connects to FortiSASE VPN option is enabled as ‘Automatically‘, there would be no way for the user to choose what VPN to connect to. Due to this, the choice for adding additional VPNs is not being presented and users will connect automatically with the default VPN connection.
