This article describes how to fix the error ‘The site can’t be reached’ when accessing the ‘Start Test” under ‘Test SSO Configuration’. This is useful for SAML Troubleshooting.

Solution
Step 1: Log in to FortiSASE and go under Configuration > VPN User SSO, verify if the SSO is configured, and select ‘Start Test’.
Step 2: Access chrome://flags on the Chrome browser, search kyber, change default to disable, and relaunch Chrome.
Step 3: Under Configuration > VPN User SSO, verify if the SSO is configured, and select ‘Start Test’ and the IDP login page will show up.
Step 4: Log in and wait until the Test Results will show up.
