This article describes that when selecting the FortiAP profile and setting channels under the Radio 2 section, the radio channel cannot be selected. Only a few options are available when others are grayed out
Scope
FortiGate v6.2.x or above.
Solution
To verify radio channel availability, use the correct country/Region.
The selection of channels varies based on Country/Region selection.
Below example, defined Bangladesh as a Country, so channel options were not visible:
Once the country is selected, it is not possible to change it from GUI:
It is necessary to change it from CLI:
