This article describes a possible fix for FortiClient v7.4 stuck connecting on Windows 11.

Solution
Try to manually navigate to the issue computer with the following path:
C:\Program Files\Fortinet\FortiClient\ FortiTray.exe
‘Double-click’ FortiTray.exe file and connect SSLVPN again, if getting below DLL error:
This is caused by the Windows 11 update missing the DLL file. Navigate to below Microsoft link Microsoft discussion below and download the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistribution for Visual Studio, Restart the computer Download:
- Download the link for 64-bit Link for 64 bit.
- Download the link for 32-bit Link for 32 bit.
