How to Fix 360 Degree Report has ‘No data to display’ issue

This article describes an issue when generating 360 Degree Reports through FortiGate Cloud containing ‘No data to display’.

Solution

The 360 Degree Activities Report data comes from the web filter logs and application logs related uploaded by the FortiGate.

The 360 Degree Activities Report data comes from the web filter logs and application logs related uploaded by the FortiGate.

If there is no webfilter and application logs uploaded by this device, all charts in 360 degree activities report will be empty.

To confirm this, go to Logs & Report > Security Events > Webfilter & Application control page and check if there are logs populated.

If none, enable logging on the web filter and application control profiles. Setting the action to ‘Monitor’ logs allowed traffic.
