How to Enable Christmas Chime Tones on Ring Video Doorbell

Ring has introduced a series of Christmas holiday season festive doorbell chimes tones to its video doorbells and chimes. With the addition of festive tones, your doorbell ringing will add a little more fun to the holiday season.

Customers can choose from a selection of “Christmas” and “Hanukkah” chimes for their Ring Chime or Chime Pro, adding a little more excitement when their doorbell rings. This selection of holiday-themed chimes is sure to bring a smile to any guest who visits your home this season.

How to Enable Christmas Chime Tones on Ring Video Doorbell

If you do not have a Chime in the home, you can still get into the spirit of the season by manually adjusting your phone’s notification settings by selecting your desired holiday sound as an app notification tone. This can be a great way to get into the holiday spirit and easily access your preferred holiday sound at any time.

Follow below simple steps to enable Christmas chime tones on your Ring Video Doorbell via the Ring app available for iOS and Android.

Step 1: Download and stall Ring app (iOS | Android)

Step 2: Open the Ring app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device.

Step 3: Select the Chimes option in the toolbar at the top.

If the Chimes option not showing on the toolbar, then tap the three lines icon button located at the top-left corner of the Dashboard.

Step 4: Select the Devices option from the side menu.

Step 5: Select the Chime that you want to change. If you have more than one Chimes, you can set a different Christmas ring tone for each.

Step 6: Select the Audio Settings option.

Step 7: Select Chime Tones from the list of options.

Step 8: A list of tones for your Ring Chime will display. Select the sound you’d like to use. According to Ring, there will be more holiday sounds added soon.

Step 9: Repeat the same steps again to change all your Chimes to use a Christmas Chime Tone.
