How to configure HTML in FortiSIEM Email notifications

This article describes how to enable and configure HTML in FortiSIEM Email notifications.

Scope

FortiSIEM.

Solution

Step 1: At FortiSIEM GUI > Admin > Settings > Email > Incident Email Template > New/Edit > Enable ‘HTML Tag ?‘.

Step 2: Next, place the HTML code under the Email Body > Preview > Save.

Next, place the HTML code under the Email Body > Preview > Save.

Step 3: Next, configure the Notification Policy to send emails using the configured Email Template.
