Solution 1: Update graphics card driver

Solution 3: Restart shaders installation

- Next, open the Control Panel.
- Go to System and Security > Windows Defender Firewall > Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall.
- Click on Change settings > Allow another app… > Browse…
- Browse to C:\Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Call of Duty HQ folder.
- Select CoD exe file and add it. After adding it, make sure both Private and Public is checked.
