When you say “a cat on a couch,” you see it. AI doesn’t. It turns your words into numbers > finds patterns > predicts what should come next.
Text = next word.
Images = next pixel.
It’s not smart. It’s statistical.
So if your results suck? Your patterns (aka prompts) need work.
Prompt Better, Not Harder
You don’t need a PhD. Just do this:
Cut the fluff: “Can you please…” > nope. Just say what you want.
Be specific: What, how, for who. “Write 1,000 words on Kuwait’s economy (1961–67), beginner-friendly.”
Use roles: “You’re a patent lawyer. Explain in simple terms.”
Set limits: “Only include 5 tips. No jargon.”
Iterate: Start rough. Improve with each round.
Format it: List? Table? Poem? Say it.
For image prompts
Subject > Scene > Style
“Fluffy cat, moonlight, Studio Ghibli.”
Add: “Exclude buildings” if needed.
Final tip: Ask AI to improve your prompt for you. Seriously. It works.
