Location: The Webbed Hollow > Verdure Bridge Shrine. Take a right, pass the algae-covered bridge, take the immediate left, jump down, go through the web, follow the path left, and climb the stairs to find the vine.

Location: Defeat the Buddha’s Right-Hand boss and follow the path to a secret area. The vine is located there.
