  1. Open the Outlook app on your phone.
  2. On your computer, go to the Outlook website.

  4. Find and select Outlook mobile from the options.
  5. A pop-up will show up with a QR code. Keep this window open.
  6. Back to your phone. In the Outlook app, tap Add Account.
  7. Choose Sign in using QR code.
  8. Your camera will open. You might need to allow camera access. Point your camera at the QR code on your computer screen.
  9. After scanning, it may say “loading.”
  10. Enter any additional code that appears on your computer.
  11. Click Next, accept any prompts, and you’re in!
