Yamaha Pro Audio NEXO ID84 v6 Column Speaker

NEXO is releasing ID84, supercharging the concept of the column loudspeaker and expanding its role beyond traditional voice reproduction into powerful, high-quality music applications. With it, venues like sports stadiums and transportation hubs can both inform and entertain visitors with thrilling and immersive audio experiences.


ID84 uses eight 4″ drivers and an array of dome tweeters on a curved baffle in a lightweight aluminum cabinet with a rigid steel spine. Also available, the ID84L is an LF extension version of the ID84, identical in every way but without the dome tweeters. Touring and Installation versions are available and can be produced in black, white, or custom RAL color on request.

The first shipments will be in June for both touring and install versions. White and custom RAL colored models will become available later.
