[Solved] Unable to On PlayStation 4 Console

Solution 1: Reconnect power cable

Step 1: Unplug power cable from PS4.

Step 2: Wait for at least 30 seconds.

Step 3: Plug power cable back into PS4 console.

Step 4: Press power button and see if this works.

Solution 2: Clean the dust and other dirt in PS4 console

Step 1: Open the top plate of PS4 Console.

Step 2: Blowing off the dust inside. Do not use wet cloth or rug.

Step 3: Press power button and see if this works.

Solution 3: Insert a disk into PS4 Console

Step 1: PS4 Console detects disk inserted and might start automatically.

Step 2: Plug the power cable.

Step 3: Slowly insert the disk to PS4 Console until it turns on.

Step 4: If it turned on, pull the disk out.

Solution 4: Rebuild PS4 database

Step 1: Connect controller to PS4 Console using USB cable.

Step 2: Press and hold power button until it makes second beep sound.

Step 3: Release power button to enter safe mode.

Step 4: Select Rebuild Database and wait for the process to finish.
