Follow below solution steps to resolve Fortnite login failed issue using forgot your password function on Epic Games login page.
Step 1: Go to the Epic Game Store Sign In page.
Step 2: Select Forgot your password.

Step 3: Enter any of the past emails that you think might have ever been connected to Epic Games account.
Step 4: Once you get an email from Epic Games on one of the emails that you entered, login to Epic Games using this old email.
Step 5: Select Connections from the left menu.

Step 6: Click on the Accounts tab.
Go to the Accounts tab and click on the Disconnect button
Step 7: Unlink the past email from your Epic Games account.

Step 8: Logout of this old email account.
Step 9: Login Epic Games account using the email you want to associate with it.

Step 11: Click on Accounts tab.
Step 12: Link the correct email to your Epic Games account.
