Step 1: Shutdown power completely by holding down power button for 5 seconds.

Step 2: Press power button to turn on Chromebook without login.

Step 3: Press Ctrl + Shift + Alt + R keys simultaneously on the sign in screen.

Step 4: Message Your device will be reset into its original factory state. All local files and media will be erased. Would you like to continue? will show, click Reset button.

Step 2: Click Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Powerwash.

Step 3: Message A restart is required before your device can be reset with Powerwash., click on Restart button.
