Step 1: Shutdown power completely by holding down the power button for 5 seconds.

Step 2: Press the power button to turn on Chromebook without login.

Step 3: Press Ctrl + Shift + Alt + R keys simultaneously on the sign-in screen.

Step 4: Message Your device will be reset into its original factory state. All local files and media will be erased. Would you like to continue? Will show, click the Reset button.

Step 1: Click on the status area in the lower right corner of the display.

Step 2: Click Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Powerwash.

Step 3: Message A restart is required before your device can be reset with Powerwash., click on the Restart button.

Step 4: After restarts, message Your device will be reset into its original factory state. All local files and media will be erased. Would you like to continue? Will show, click the Reset button.
