Sage Business Solutions Appointed Enbu Consulting

Sage Business Solutions announced Enbu Consulting has been appointed a Sage CRM business partner in Australia.

This latest partner agreement between the two organisations follows a successful distribution agreement between the two companies which has enabled Enbu Consulting to provide Sage CRM add-on modules and consulting services to Sage business partners in Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji.

Enbu Consulting will now become a Sage CRM partner in Australia in its own right providing local Sage partners and users with even greater access to Sage CRM solutions, consultancy and services. As a result, the company is also currently in the process of establishing an office in Sydney and recruiting new sales and technical consultants to service local customers. This will enable the organisation to provide global know-how and expertise in CRM implementation while both complementing and supplementing existing ANZ partner offerings.

“Enbu Consulting’s entry into the Australian market is testament to the flourishing market momentum and overall demand which we see for Sage CRM locally,”

said Mike Lorge, Managing Director, Sage Business Solutions.

“We look forward to the benefit which their knowledge and skills gained through a global ten year relationship with Sage globally will now provide to Australian businesses.”

Enbu Consulting’s growth over the past decade has been based on the development of consulting services and Sage CRM add-on modules which integrate seamlessly with Sage to help businesses manage key functional tasks such as time and billing; resource scheduling and management; call management; customer service and contract management. For example Enbu’s Webservice Framework for Sage ERP X3 and Sage CRM Integration, due to be released later this year in Australia, addresses an increasing demand for Sage ERP X3 integration into Sage CRM.

Enbu Consulting is 100 per cent dedicated to Sage CRM and the company sells Sage CRM as a solution and packages it for distinct market segments such as membership, service and training management

“Having recently expanded our relationship with Sage in the US, Africa and Singapore, we see the Australian market as a major new business revenue opportunity where we can resell Sage CRM and provide services in our own right”

, said Fran Meggs, Managing Director, Enbu Consulting.

“At the same time, we are coming into the market to embrace the existing partner channel and help everyone drive additional business. We also believe there are major opportunities in Australia for ongoing support and maintenance contracts which will enable us to create long-term, value-added relationships. We see our expansion in Australia as further proof of our ability to perform on the global stage yet provide great local expertise.”

“Over the past two years, we have been impressed with the value which the Sage CRM product provides to the Australian market and we look forward to working closely with Sage in the years ahead to grow a mutually beneficial business.”
