Windows Defender conflict with Microsoft Security Essentials

Windows Defender detects and removes known spyware only. Windows Defender is not designed to protect against full breadth of malicious software. Although Microsoft Security Essentials is not designed to replace Windows Defender, but you do not need to run Windows Defender if you are running Microsoft Security Essentials because Microsoft Security Essentials is designed to disable Windows Defender in order to manage PC’s real-time protection including anti-virus, rootkits, Trojans and spyware.

Office for Mac 2011 Update to enable version, auto save and full-screen for Lion

Microsoft announced that Office 2011 will update to support versioning, auto save and full-screen for Mac OS X Lion but expected need few months to get it ready. Pat Fox of the Office for Mac team wrote on official blog as below:

Finally, the most common question – yes, we are working hard with Apple to enable versioning, auto save, and full-screen for Office for Mac 2011. I know your next question will be “when?”, and unfortunately I can’t answer that – but it’s likely measured in months not days – just to set expectations.
