The new relevance recommendation in Message Center will help you determine how relevant a change is to your tenant. The recommendation (high, medium, or low) will be determined based on multiple factors, such as service usage and the type of change.
When this will happen
Targeted Release: We will begin rolling out mid-November and expect to complete it by mid-December.
Standard Release: We will begin rolling out mid-January and expect to complete by end of April 2023.
How this will affect your organization
As an admin you can use the relevance recommendation to determine which changes you need to focus on first versus which changes you can choose to monitor to stay informed.
The relevance recommendation will ONLY be available for new posts. If you see no relevance recommendation (blank) for a post, it means the post was published prior to the feature being rolled out.
If you see “Processing” for a MC post, it means that the score is being computed for this post and should be available soon. You should try to refresh after a few minutes.
Relevance recommendation will also sync to planner as part of the notes.
What you need to do to prepare
Update your training and documentation as appropriate.
Once you start receiving these relevance recommendations, please tell us if a MC post is not relevant to your organization through the extended feedback (snapshot below)
