MC431204: Quality Score Columns in Manage Topics

We are continuing to expand the information that we deliver to Knowledge Managers to better equip them to manage Viva Topics knowledge networks. As part of this process, we have added two new columns in the Manage Topics view: Topic Score and Org Topic Score.

MC431204: Quality Score Columns in Manage Topics

When this will happen

We have begun rolling out this feature and users should see the update.

How this will affect your organization

This update adds two new columns in the Manage Topics view: The Topic Score and the Org Topic Score. The Org Topic Score is a measure of how complete and high quality the information is associated with a topic before applying permission trimming. The Topic Score is the same score, but accounts for the files/resources that the current user has permissions to view. Used in combination, the Knowledge Manager can focus their efforts on publishing high quality topics and focusing on topics where their access allows them to see a more comprehensive view of the topic.

What you need to do to prepare

You may want to notify your customers and update any relevant training documentation as appropriate.
