Today, we are pleased to introduce Adoption Score, a set of metrics and tools for Microsoft 365 admins to improve the everyday experiences of their workforce and to help organizations get the most out of their investment in Microsoft 365.

When this will happen

We will begin rolling out late August and expect to complete by mid-September.

How this will affect your organization

The Adoption Score name will start to replace the former Productivity Score, which can be found under ‘Reports’ in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
