How does this affect me?
During the maintenance window, you may encounter an error when attempting to create a support case using the Power Platform Admin Center or in the Lifecycle Services portal. All other aspects of the Help + Support page, as well as other areas of the Power Platform Admin Center and Lifecycle Services portal will remain functional during the maintenance window.
What action do I need to take?
Please communicate this maintenance window to users in your organization responsible for creating support cases. If one of those users attempts to submit a case and receives an error, please wait for the end of the maintenance window and attempt to create the case again.
