MC399489: TeamSnap Integration for Outlook Web is being retired

Updated September 7, 2022: We have updated the rollout timeline below. Thank you for your patience.

We will be retiring the feature from Outlook Web beginning August 10, 2022, instead we recommend the utilization of the TeamSnap app or going to TeamSnap.com and exporting your Team calendar as an ICS subscription and then importing that into Outlook. No additional investment in this feature will continue in Outlook for the foreseeable future.

MC399489: TeamSnap Integration for Outlook Web is being retired

When this will happen

We will begin rolling out this change in early August and expect to complete by late September (previously late August).

How this will affect your organization

Users will no longer be able to easily sign into Outlook web with their TeamSnap account to view all of their team events on their calendar, when this change is implemented.

What you need to do to prepare

Instead of using the direct TeamSnap integration in Outlook Web, we recommend using the TeamSnap mobile app or going directly to Teamsnap.com to export your Team’s calendar as an ICS subscription.
