When this will happen

We will begin rolling this out in late June and expect to complete rollout late July.

How this will affect your organization

When this update rolls out, users will see an additional option to save documents to cloud storage both for documents both in the attachment well, and when documents are being previewed within the Outlook for Android app.

What you need to do to prepare

Manage options for cloud storage accounts for Outlook for Android users with a configure setting from your mobile application management solution such as Microsoft Intune. For more information, see Deploying Outlook for iOS and Android app configuration settings.

You might want to notify your users about this new capability and update your training and documentation as appropriate.
