MC345763: March 2022 Windows non-security preview “C” release available for all supported versions of Windows 10

The March 2022 non-security preview release, referred to as our “C” release, is now available for all supported versions of Windows 10. The preview update for Windows 11 will be available in the near term. and other supported versions of Windows.
