Affected Workloads

  • Exchange Online

When this will happen

We will begin rolling out these updates in late March and expect to complete rollout early April.

How this will affect your organization

The following changes will be made:

  1. Rename: IsEnabled to EnableSafelinksForEmail
  2. Remove duplicate parameters for: DoNotTrackClicks and DoNotAllowClickThrough in SafelinksPolicy
  3. TrackClicks and AllowClickThrough: will not be changed or updated
  4. Remove the parameter: EnableSafeLinksForWebAccessCompanion from the AtpPolicyForO365 cmdlet

What you need to do to prepare

This change will not impact any existing Safe Links Policy settings. Going forward, you will need to use the updated Safe Links Policy parameters to set your Safe Links Policy using Exchange Online PowerShell V2.
