Updated April 01, 2022: We have updated the rollout timeline below. Thank you for your patience.

Updated March 03, 2022: We will be rolling out an admin toggle this week ahead of the full feature release later this month. A toggle is available to allow IT admins to proactively turn this feature on/off before it impacts users with an F license. For details about the feature and toggle please refer to: Tailor your Teams apps based on license.

We are providing a tailored experience for frontline workers in Teams! With this feature users with an F license (Microsoft 365 F1, Microsoft 365 F3, Office 365 F3) will get frontline worker apps such as Tasks, Shifts, and Walkie Talkie pinned out of the box. Organizations can further configure the apps pinned, but this feature provides a foundation for a Teams environment purpose-built for frontline workers. This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 89924.
