We will be releasing built-in filters for use within Activity explorer to allow easy access to the most commonly used filters. This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 82184.

Rollout will begin in late November and is expected to be complete by mid-January (previously late December).

How this will impact your organization

Coming to public preview in Activity explorer, built-in filters are based on combinations of individual filters that are most commonly used. With the availability of built-in filters, users can quickly select a filter from the list instead of having to select multiple individual filters.

Access Activity explorer in the Microsoft 365 compliance center.
