This enhancement to the Play My Emails feature of Outlook Mobile identifies Spotlight Emails (emails deemed important) and prioritizes them to be read first before other email from the inbox. This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 85570.
Play My Emails in Outlook mobile will now identify potential time sensitive and important emails to you and read them before the rest of your inbox.

Customers who listen to emails in Play My Emails on Outlook Mobile may, on occasion, experience a change to the order in which emails are read. Emails that may require the user to take action will be played first.

This is rolling out default on. This feature can be disabled by tenant admins by setting the following cmdlet to false: Set-OrganizationConfig -MessageHighlightsEnabled $true
