With Intune’s August (2108) service release, we will be temporarily disabling the in-app feedback from the Company Portal app and Intune app.
How this will affect your organization
Users will be unable to use the “Send Feedback” option in the Company Portal app for Android, iOS, macOS devices, or in the Intune app for Android, or through the “Feedback” option on the Company Portal website. Ratings and reviews can still be submitted in Apple’s App Store or the Google Play Store.
Users can continue to receive support and provide logs in the Get Help section of the apps.

If applicable, update your documentation and inform your helpdesk. Stay tuned to In development and What’s New to find out when this feature becomes available.
