MC267095: Migrating Dynamics 365 CE admin center to Power Platform admin center

As part of our effort to improve the overall experience for admin operations, we are migrating all admin operations from the Dynamics 365 CE admin center to the Power Platform admin center beginning in August. Today, on the Power Platform admin center you can already manage and configure your Dynamics 365 instances, manage capacity, monitor usage, and perform other admin operations, as well as submit and monitor support tickets submitted to Microsoft.

MC267095: Migrating Dynamics 365 CE admin center to Power Platform admin center

Affected Workloads

  • Dynamics 365 Apps

When will this change take effect?

We will enable the redirection of admin operations to the Power Platform admin center starting at the beginning of August.

How will this affect me?

Once enabled, users will no longer be able to access the Dynamics 365 CE admin center. Any links that reference the Dynamics 365 CE admin center, such as https://port.crm.dynamics.com, will redirect to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com.

How do I prepare?

You can visit Administer Power Platform to read more information on Power Platform admin center capabilities. Additionally, you should update your bookmarks from the Dynamics 365 CE admin center to the new Power Platform admin center to avoid failures when accessing the admin center.

If you have any questions, please contact Microsoft Support.
