MC259924: Power Platform admin center cross-tenant analytics

This new Microsoft Power Platform feature release will allow admins to view out of the box reports for usage, maker activity, and inventory of canvas and model-driven apps at the tenant and environment level. This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 82010.

Admins can view out-of-box reports covering app usage, maker activity, and inventory of canvas and model driven apps at tenant and environment level.

This will rollout in late June.

How this will affect your organization

These new tenant wide reports for apps and flows will allow admins to track overall usage and business impact of the platform across all environments, identify top maker trends, and review sharing details for key Power Platform resources.

Types of reports

Usage reporting: Gain visibility into monthly active user trends as well as identify net new users.

Maker activity reporting: Analyze monthly app creation and maker trends in the organization.
[There was an image]Inventory reporting: Review full tenant app and flow inventory in a list view with relevant details along with filtering support to identify the resources that are adding the most (or least) value to an organization.

This is rolling out default off. More detailed “how to” information will be sent in an upcoming Message Center update.
