Announcement: We delay switching Python 3.6 to Python 3.8 in Cloud Composer images with Airflow 1.10.15. This change will happen in February 2022. For existing environments, migration from Python 3.6 to 3.8 will happen during the upgrade process. New environments will use Python 3.8.
