Dictation feature is now available free to everyone in browser based Microsoft Word Online and OneNote Online as part of project to help people with dyslexia, no Office 365 subscription required.
You can now speak and words will appear in Word Online or OneNote Online using cloud based speech to text function. Dictation option appear at the right of Home tab, currently there are five languages fully available including Chinese (PRC), English (Canada), English (US), Spanish (International Sort) and Spanish (Mexico), plus others preview languages which may not work perfectly.
