[Solved] Monitor Display Screen Tearing and Refresh Rate Stuttering when Gameplay

Problem: Screen tearing is where monitor shows display from multiple frames in a single screen draw usually occurs when the video which is fed into the system is not in sync with the display’s refresh rate especially when gameplay. Overwatch Update with Blizzard World Hybrid Map and over 100 new items

Over 100 new items including Blizzard World map, skins, sprays, player icons and other cosmetic for all 26 heroes will go live in Overwatch January 23 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Blizzard World map is the new hybrid map takes the form of an amusement park for Blizzard’s games (outside of Overwatch), with areas themed around Warcraft, Diablo, and StarCraft.

Final Fantasy XV Windows and Royal Edition Release on 6 March 2018

Square Enix has announced Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition (for PC), Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition and the Final Fantasy XV Royal Pack (both for Xbox One and PlayStation 4) will release on 6th March 2018 for consoles. Both FFXV editions will feature all updates to the game such as the recently added ability to switch between playable characters.

Gran Turismo 6 Online Servers End of Service on 28 March 2018

Gran Turismo 6 confirms that online services of the PlayStation3-exclusive software “Gran Turismo 6” will be cut off on 28 March 2018 at 12:00 UTC. All available DLC will also stop being sold on January 31, 2018 to prepare for the inevitable closure of the game’s online portion. After March 28, Community, Open Lobby, Quick Match and Seasonal Events will no longer be usable. The offline portions of Gran Turismo 6 will remain playable.

January 2018 Full PlayStation Plus Games Lineup Announced includes Deus Ex: Mankind Divided & Batman: The Telltale Series

Sony has announced the free full PlayStation Plus Games lineup for January 2018 for PS4, PS3 and Vita including Telltale’s Batman, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and PSVR shooter Starblood Arena among the goodies. The PlayStation 3 gets Sacred 3 and The Book of Unwritten Tales 2, while the PS Vita scores Psycho-Pass: Mandatory Happiness and Uncanny Valley. These titles will become available on January 2, 2018. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition 1.5.16 Update and PSVR bundle for PS4 Announced

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition 1.5.16 Update for PC is now available and coming to consoles soon, included several bug fixes related to Creation Club. Sony announced releasing PlayStation VR Skyrim VR Bundle (for North America so far), launches alongside Skyrim VR on November 17 for $450.
