Apple discontinues iPod Nano and iPod Shuffle, Increase Capacity for iPod Touch


Apple officially discontinues iPod nano and iPod shuffle from iPod lineup by quietly removing it from Apple online store and slowly phasing them out from retail locations. Both iPod product didn’t run iOS. Apple iPod touch is now increasing the capacities to 64GB at $199 and 128GB at $299.


Today, we are simplifying our iPod lineup with two models of iPod touch now with double the capacity starting at just $199 and we are discontinuing the iPod shuffle and iPod nano,

Apple hasn’t made a public statement but a spokesperson confirmed to the news.
